What kind of flooring is this?

It appears to be a brown/gray combo coloring. Would like to know if it is a manufactured or local craftsman-built floor? Type of wood and stain too, please. Thank you.

    The floors were existing red oak, which we stained a walnut finish. We made many samples for approval since the wood was old. But we LOVE it! Lucy
