I'd say give them a while longer. I planted mine in the middle of February and some are just now sprouting. They all seemed to go at their own pace, but they're slowly coming up. Give it some more time, I wouldn't want to plant more and over crowd. Maybe dig around in there and see if some have rooted or rotted..

yeah there was nothing there... I just went out to plant another square of radish for my month succession... and there was nada... I planted them on 2/2... so 31 days... there was nothing around the 4 that planted... if they do sprout, I will just thin the new ones... I didn't go all the way to SFG densities either way...

i just DONT want to miss peas, I started my SFG in late spring and it was just too warm, and I eat them like mad, so this is basically my goal plant for the whole setup!! gotta have em!

Soil temps might be too low. You can try raising them with clear plastic.

yeah I think that was the issue... we have been warmer as of late...

Peas can rot quickly in cold, wet soil. Non-organic gardeners would treat the seeds with Captan to prevent this, but I would rather not take this approach myself. On the other hand, I did use it years ago...and I'm still here!

I definitely replanted my peas and beans that didn't germinate. They worked fine.

As for carrots, they take forever to germinate. Give them time.

Its all about soil temp. I've torn apart an old coldframe but kept the two lids to place around the SFG to raise soil temps. I'm scheduled to get some chap storm windows from Craigslist to build a couple more frames to jump-start the season. Soon 1/2 of the SFG will be able to start early.

yeah carrots take forever so give them a little time. Peas, I'd check one to see they haven't rotted but I'm impatient like that :)
