Looks nice. That's a whole lot of tomatoes. I might replace a few of those tomatos with some more cucumbers.

The main consideration is what do you and your family like to eat that will grow where you live. Also, remember that as the seasons change, you will be replanting many of the squares. Keep track of what you liked and what did well for your plan for next year.

In addition to cucumbers, other plants I would devote more squares to:
more beans of different kinds (green, yellow, lima, dried)
various leaf lettuces and other salad greens

Ideas for additional plants:
watermelon, cantelope, other melons
pumpkin
kohlrabi, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower
parsley
garlic, leeks
sweet potatoes

Fun plants:
luffas
peanuts

Search Google Images for "luffa" and you should see images of the plant, flowers, luffa gourd (green and brown), as well as the dried sponge version. Luffa is the "vegetable sponge" used for bath sponges and other products. If you have a long enough growing season, they are a nice vine that will climb easily and have fairly large flowers.

Remember that beans are available in both bush and pole varieties. While the pole beans will produce for a longer period of time, the bush varieties are great for filling empty squares where there is no trellis.
