I know that rhubarb is companions with cabbage, onion and garlic. I haven't heard anything good or bad about mixing it with strawberries? I would be careful about planting rhubarb in a flower bed though, because it is very invasive and once you plant it there it will be very hard to get rid of! I got some rhubarb from a friend and it's still in a pot because I'm not sure where I want to plant it yet? Maybe plant some garlic or onions with your strawberries? It's supposed to deter the ants if there is any.

I am thinking of doing the same with the strawberries and the rhubarb since they are both perennials. If it is a raised bed it should be ok as far as invasiveness I would think. My raised bed is 4x8 with a board going down the middle.
