Black Dots on Leaves

I have a 12 foot Yucca tree that has black dots on some of the leaves. The leaves can be easily pulled off. Does anybody know what might be wrong (fungi, eggs, etc). I live in southern Louisiana. Tonight I used a spray for that kills garden bugs and eggs. Any insight is appreciated.

I'm guessing fungi or rot of some kind. Yucca, at least as far as I'm aware, are desert plants that don't require a lot of moisture or humidity. I'd take a leaf (more like a blade than a leaf, no?) to a local nursry for diagnosis and advice. Good luck!
