Evolvus Arizonica - soak or nick the seeds, plant.

Hedioma hyssopifolium - scatter on soil,scratch in, keep moist.

Phaecelia parryi - scatter seed, keep moist.

Sphaeralcea fendleri venusta: Globe mallows are easy. scatter on soil,scratch in, keep moist.

Talinum brevifolium - Dunno, but I'd try scattering part on well-drained soil and mist it daily. It's in the portulaca family.

Hibiscus coulteri, Hibiscus denudatus : soak or nick the seeds, plant 1/8 or so deep, keep moist.

The trick is to duplicate a "wet winter" for them.

Sphaeralcea~ fall also

Talinum~ spring, and it's easy

The others I haven't tried to grow from seed, so I don't know what the proper planting time is for them.
