For the tomatoes, quite some time. Broccoli, depending on the weather, 3-4 weeks. Not sure on the peas.

I don't remember exactly the timing on the peas, but I'd guess they'll be ready within the next couple weeks.

If you have multiple varieties of corn tassling at the same time, you may not get true results with your corn varieties. Because we eat the seed of corn, cross pollination does affect the current crop (unlike most plants). Your popcorn for example, can cause your sweet corn to not be sweet. It will depend a lot on the timing.

Thanks for the heads up greenbean! I really hadn't given much thought to cross pollination on the corn. doh! I've staggered the planting of the various types of corn, so I think my sweet corn should tassle before the popping corn. Of course, some of my sweet corn will tassle at the same time, so they will probably cross pollinate which will affect my ability to decide which sweet corn I like best. And I did just plant Hopi Pink and Country Gentleman at the same time, so I may run into problems there. How can I prevent cross pollination?

Depends on the variety and weather and a bunch of other things that you can't control. I would say within a month.
