holldoll - If you move your toms and peas against that wooden wall, I think you'll be fine. The only thing I can't figure out from your spreadsheet, is the zucchini placement. It appears that you are planning on placing them behind your toms - am I right?

No, they aren't behind them. They are on the ground above them. They aren't in boxes, I laid down 6" of compost on top of the clay that we have for dirt behind the retaining wall and planted the zucchini and cucumbers up there.
