Tell us more about your property. How big of an area are you gardening? Do you have pictures of your overall garden? What are your future plans for the site? Does your garden have a name? Is it or is it going to be open to the public?

I might should just wait until I get home and see if you are listed, but, since I'm not there now, I'll just ask...are you a member of the American Conifer Society? In the last couple of years, Duane Ridenour (S.E.Region VP) has taken us on some great outings to public and private gardens in the area.

I do have a vision for how the project will look. The total size is 2 acres, no name, and yes it will be open for visits. Amazingly of all the things I've done I haven't put a check in the mail to the ACS. Although you really should be able to register online.

I snuck into your picture gallery. That's awesome! I'm attempting to do something similar here in Knoxville. I have about 25 acres that I'm developing. I've been working on my place for about three years. It's coming along, but slower than I'd like. At the rate it's going, it should be an awesome place by the time I retire and even better when I'm 100.

Too bad you aren't in Knoxville. If you were, I'd try to con you into building your conifer garden in my arboretum. I'm contemplating having about two acres for dwarf conifers and probably another three or four for full size specimens. So far as the conifer section goes, right now it's a completely blank slate.
