Yeah, that's basically the only way. Is this a sealed bottle terrarium, or do you open it regularly to mist, etc.? The trick is to have enough air movement to see into the terr, without taking away all the humidity. In my large terrarium, I have a small fan blowing along the front glass. How big is your terr?
30 gal long tank i also have a small fan also. do you keep your lid cracked i dont mist i have two foggers and still have problems keeping the humidity above 65%
Try directing your fan at the front glass. I don't keep my lid cracked, as the humidity would escape if I did. That is extremely weird that your humidity would be only 65% with TWO foggers in a 30 gal tank. How often do they run? And where is your hygrometer hanging? Up at the top of the tank? If so, move it to where the plants actually are. That should give you a more accurate reading of the humidity the plants are actually getting. Also, so much condensation on the glass that you can't see in indicates a much higher humidity. Perhaps your hygrometer is broken or inaccurate.
just got a new one now the humidity is reading a steady 70% with a tiny crack in the lid and only 1 fogger running every 3hrs and the gless stays pretty clear. thanks
