Speaking of hardy fuchsias, does anyone grow those in TN? What kinds do well here and look really pretty (like the very colorful and floriferous tender types sold here as annuals)?

I tried these last year but they did not survive the summer. It was probably my fault. I did plant them in shade but I'm sure they may have needed more water than I provided. If it doesn't make it on it's own in my yard, it pretty much doesn't make it!

I probably could bring some 'Dragon's Blood' Sedum if you like.

Brandon,I see you caught that bad spelling there.I have been reading that fuchsia magellanica is hardy in zones 6b and 7,thats why I wondered if anyone grew fuchsia here.

Hi again you guys! If you guys have any succulents, cacti, or neat house plant (cuttings ok) currently have some mother of thousands, monkey tail cactuses, sedums, wandering jew (varigated), citronellas, etc. will be adding more as i remember.. thanks

I have bought and killed hardy fuschia, does that count? It was probably a bad location. I bought it at Mary's Greenhouse in McMinville, I think. If you haven't gone there yet, it is a must do.
