There is a "West Tennessee" garden group on facebook that is mostly made up of people from Memphis. I'm here in west TN but a good 2 hours north from Memphis.

Memphis is a great garden climate as areas are in zone 8. My area of interest is mostly in cold-hardy palms and subtropicals so I'm not sure if you're interested but here are some Memphis pictures of Southern-themed subtropicals thriving in Memphis:

We are still here!!! Just not very active on this site. If you would like more info on the facebook page you can e mail me and I will send you the info. We do hold 2 plant swaps a year. Yea! Mary s right, we are still here! We would love to have ya come join us. We are having a great time sharing the green in West Tn. We just had a daffy dig at one of the members homes and there are plenty more to do. It was in Brighton. The more people we have the more we seem to do all year long!
