UT is offering some great non-credit gardening classes this spring. Some are in connection with Friends of the UT Gardens. Includes a course by Dr. Sue Hamilton on the best things to grow based on garden trial results.

Great way to get good information. I've taken several UT non-credit courses and thoroughly enjoyed them.
