Judy, check Home Depot and Lowes. I have seen them in both of these stores.

For small peonies, I use the top ring of tomato cages, cutting just above the next ring down. Then I use the lower part to put around another perennial.

Check out your local "Dollar Tree' or equivalent store. I have lucked out and found them there instead of paying high prices at nurseries.
