Parrotia Persica

I am looking into planting a Parrotia Persica (aka Persian Ironwood) tree in my yard. Does anyone have experience with this tree in TN? (I am in the Knoxville area.)

Also, I have only been able to find two sources for the species - Lazy S and Forest Farm (out of stock at FFarm) -- do you know of any other sources, particularly for the cultivars?
