Upon closer inspection, some plants of other varieties have the same leaf markings as the one in the first set of pics. Could this be from the weather being overcast & then going to sunny & hot? I don't remember having this situation in the greenhouse before.

Overall, the plants appear very healthy. Did you recently put them in the window? Or recently have a very bright day?

I ask because the damage looks environmental rather than insect or disease.
