You can also paste the url into the "Optional Link URL" box; then either designate a title for the link or simply enter the url in the "Name of the Link" box. (This gets you a link in your post rather than the photo itself.)

If your image (or link) shows up in Preview Message, it will show up in the actual message. If it doesn't show up in Preview Message, you need to try again. If you're posting a link, click on it to make sure it works (very embarrassing if you don't check and the link's bad; ask me how I know).
