fuzzy looking spots on leaf

Leaf on Grape tomato plant almost covered in fuzzy spots white to yellowish and brownish in color. Plants have other leaves with spots (see my other post: spots on leaf by EljayDea). Don't know if this is just a more advanced example of the original spots or something different. Plant is doing well but number of leaves with spots is increasing rapidly. I've searched the web and looked at tons of pics and nothing looks similar.
Any ideas?

Are they really fuzzy? (Those look like indentation to me.) If so, do they rub off?

Perhaps flea beetle damage?

You were right, more like indentation. I've spotted a few very small black bugs with clear wings.(see photos) Damaged leaves are increasing but the plants are still doing well...putting on plenty of vine, blossoms, and green tomatoes.

I'm thinking this is all the same thing maybe?
I'm really puzzled and waiting for the other shoe to drop.
