Could that one plant be sitting on the soggy end of the raised bed? In other words, if you stick your finger a few inches down in the soil, is it wet? Tomato plants don't like to sit in soggy soil, so let them dry out between waterings.

If there's no constant wetness that's causing the plant to sulk, you could try some fertilizer. Make it the readily available kind that you mix with water, not the slow-releasing kind. Mix according to package directions. Depending on the maturity of the plant and how well established it is in its current location, you may want to dilute for indoor plants instead of outdoor plants.

Try those things first.

If it doesn't improve in a couple of days then, yeah, a better picture of the leaves would probably be helpful, as well as a picture of the entire plant so we can see if there's any wilting or distorted leaves.

Curling can be caused by environmental stress -- overwatering, underwatering, a lack of food, bad soil, cold temperatures (not likely in Louisiana right now), heavy winds -- and other things I haven't thought to mention here. Obviously, curling can also be caused by disease, but let's rule out the easiest and most common stuff first.

I know its not from over watering....ill try the fertilizer and let u know how it goes I have more pictures just don't know how to post them....thanks a lot
