Do I have the mosaic virus? (pics included)

I need some help and advice.

I have had two pest issues over the last month. I discovered aphids sucking on my pepper plants I thought I had them taken care of I sprayed with a garlic, cayenne, oil, soap and water spray and I have not been able to find another aphid since but the pepper now again looks like it is being sucked on. The leaves that once looked fine are now covered in dark spots and the plants have had absolutely no growth. They are only about 6 inches tall no flowers or peppers insight. I think it might be time to get rid of these guys because (this leads me to my next problem) when I was reading about my cucumbers problems it did say they can get the mosaic virus from aphids and the peppers and cucumbers are right in adjoining squares.

Here is a pic of one of the pepper plants

Ok the next issue the cucumber plants. I discovered cucumber beetles about a week and 1/2 ago I have been squishing beetles every morining and night since. The squishing seemed to be helping since all the new growth on the cucumber vines had very minimal nibbles. I was hopeful that I dodged a bullet but alas.... the leaves now look mottled and I have found a few leaves that appear to lose their spine I guess is the best way to describe it when that happens they just hang loose like paper. When I found them I immediatley removed them.

Here is a pic of the cucumber leaves.

otherwise they look fine see

What has really freaked me out is that now the beans (pole and yellow wax) appear to have mottled leaves as well. The wax beans are currently producing beans and seem fine except for the mottled leaves and the new growth appears shriveled until fully open but I was assuming that is what they were suppose to look like when newly opening.

Here is a pic of the mottled leaves and how they look shriveled before opening as well as one of the wax beans producing the beans don't appear to be shriveled or mutated in anyway.

I need some guidance on what I should do. *****crossing my fingers hoping I am just a worry wort*****

Do I remove all of the cucumber plants? This would break my heart but I will do it if I have to. Is it possible to start more now and still have a chance at a few cucumber?

Do you advise throwing in the towel on the pepper plants?

and the beans are they ok?
