Thanks Krintis!!! I'm starting to see new smaller ones, so I guess more eggs have hatched. The link you sent was very helpful. It sounds like my plants will be ok. The damage so far is less than 30%. Next year I'll know to start spraying as soon as I see the little nibble marks in the leaves :)

Yes they are very creepy looking. When you squish them their innards are green and slimy looking, like something out of some alien autopsy movie...Eeeek! At least now I know what they are and how to get rid of them!
