Since you already posted this in the main forum and have four answers already I thought I'd give the link to those answers below.

It could be herbicide drift, but you've already pointed out that only this one plant is affected and others aren't, and one person suggested Round Up drift but that herbicide causes a color change to yellowish at the place where leaves come off the stems. There are other herbicides that don't tend to cause a color change, though.

I tend to think since it's just one plant affected out of many that this one plant is infected with perhaps CMV which can be seedborne.

Did you raise this one from seed or purchase it?

And all the others same question.

CMV can cause such distorted foliage and also, usually, stunting of the plant. Do you see this?

CMV can also be transmitted by aphids, primarily, but I lean towards a seedborne infection since no other plants are affected.

I know, and the new pictures are much better, but I was hoping you'd answer the questions I asked of you here, and not take this back to the other Forum as you did. LOL

Its' very very difficult going back and forth between two Forums when the same thread has been posted, and you did elect to post here.

According to what you wrote in the other Forum you seemed to think my suggestion had merit, so I'll look here for you to comment on my suggestion as well as answer my questions which will help confirm a diagnosis.

This is one of the most knowledgeable people that you will ever meet.
