yellow leaves

have had major problems this year...it has been hot and humid without much ran....I have been treating my lants for early blight...My mortgage lifters has it and its been advancing....treated with chlorthalinil....also suspecting bacterial problem as well....dont thinks theres much I can do for that....well I have also red brandy wine...the potato leaf variet...which hasnt shown too bad of symptoms of early blight...seems more treatable...and not suspecting a bacterial problem with them,,,,but what they are doing is leaves turning yellow...looks like clasic salt damage..well I havent been watering much lately...last night was first time since sunday...I havent ferilized in abouta month and a half...and it doesnt appear to be wilting at all from the top...leaves just look bleached out....could it be due to not enough water now..or lack of nutrients.I am almost at the point that Im going to pull them all out and start my fall crop in a different part of the garden...but I would like to get some more fruit from these before I do so..
