All of the leaves on this plant are starting to curl and turn bumpy like this...what is it?

Additional information;

Transplanted seedling into pot Mid-may.
Noticeable wilting started a few days ago.
10'' container, watered every other day (too much??). (Soil too wet??)
Full sun.
Organic potting soil mix.
No fertilizer/feed.
Leaves are 'dry/leathery' to touch.
Tiny yellowish speckles on some leaves.
Leaves curling under-seems like they are losing all their moisture.

Can anyone help!?

Depending on how much sun and rain, yes, every other day watering could be too much but that one doesn't look bad yet. What kind of organic potting mix did you use? MG Moisture Control (don't know if they make that in organic)? Bad.

A soil-less mix, good, but needs fertilizer. If it had fertilizer in it but you've been watering every other day it still needs nitrogen b/c it's washed out, the others are not quite so water soluble.

But 10" (how deep?) pot is too small for much longer even with Husky Cherry Red so best thing is just pot up in bigger pot, with slow-release fertilizer. Organics don't work well in containers unless you've got 15 gal or bigger and can mix in some compost to get the microbes going. Liquid fish emulsion works somewhat in smaller containers but it has to be every watering.
