That could be spider mite damage--if you don't have a handlens it is impossible to tell. Take a leaf to the nearest extension office and they will look at the underside of the leaf with microscope and tell you for sure.

This link shows leaf damage from spider mites--you don't always get the easy to identify webbing. Once you ID, insecticidal soap (repeat in 5 days) is one option.
