I live in columbus, OH and I am having the same problems with my Roma plants. This has never happened before! Have you found anything out?

I've got the same thing in the Hudson Valley of New York. I'm thinking that the rain has really done us in. Would love some insight--my plants look a lot like the ones pictured above. Thanks!

Perhaps the wet weather has had the same effect all up and down the East this year. I've got the same problem going on four tomato varieties in the mid hudson valley. From what I can pick-up on photo's of plant diseases at various sites, it looks most like bacterial spot, but late blight pictures also seem to fit the bill. What I can't seem to find is any treatment other than removing infected material from the garden. Anybody got a battle plan for this stuff?

It isn't Late BLight ( P infestans), which is a lethal disease and those aren't the symptoms, and it doesn't look like either of the two common bacterial foliage infections.

I can't see the leaf lesions in enuf detail to make a specific Dx but it's either Early Blight ( A. solani) or Septoria Leaf Spot I would suggest.

Find the thread here called Problem Solver #2 and find within the link to TAMU and see if you can match up some picture ID's.

Regardless, I would spray with Ortho Garden Disease Control, aka Daconil, ASAP.
