quite honestly, it looks very similar to what I had this past year (TSWV), particularly with the purplish discoloration of the peppers. Have the tops appeared very stunted as well?

The best way of figuring it it though, is finding the thrips that help spread it. Mine yard is surrounded by ficus, which thrips LOVE, and I'm pretty sure thats how they get to the Tomatoes.

This year, I'm trying BHN 444 (TGS) which is resistant to TSWV, just to see if I have noticeable difference in results between that and my other heirlooms. I have also been spraying for the past month methodically at my ficus to try and eliminate the majority of nearby thrips. I figure that the fewer that are around, the fewer will find my plants. I plan on keeping it up very regularly doing the season with a spinosad based product.
