Just over the past few days it's dried out in NY a bit, and my cherry tomatoes are starting to look like the picture. As I'm tying up the stems I see white flies milling about, so I presume this is whitefly, but I wanted to ask the experts first.

What should I use to control them, given that I want to eat the tomatos? :(
