My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Please say yes- better scald than a disease. Also, should it be OK to let a scalded tomato ripen? I think this one has just started blushing.

Weather suddenly got very hot and sunny last week, but it was rather cool for weeks before that. This is a fine Paul Robeson that I would hate to see go to waste!
The white part is not very soft nor slimy, it's just... white. And maybe a bit wrinkly/leathery.
