I don't see anything dramatic. It's normal for new growth to be a lighter green than the existing older leaves.

Let me assure you that it is not normal. The affected plants' new growth is now very stunted, the new leaves are primarily yellow, stunted and curved/cupped inward dramatically and the growth is 6-8 inches below the unaffected plants, which are doing very well comparatively. I'd be happy to post pictures of the progression of this issue if anyone thinks it will be useful. Unfortunately the 60k size limit for pics on this forum makes it difficult to show detail/close-ups.

Would you please post a more current image so that we can see what occurred?

Just off the top of my head -- herbicide damage applied somewhere in the vicinity, even if you didn't personally apply it. Does that ring any bells?

Also meant to add possible virus.

But still need larger and more current image to determine anything.
