First it was horn worms and next it was blight! I lost my entire crop of tomatoes. Yesterday I pulled and bagged every plant. I am so sad.

My question is this: From what I have read I don't need to worry about the spores from the blight living in my soil but what do I have to do with my soil regarding the horn worms? I am hoping to make this bed my garlic bed. How do I prepare this doomed tomato bed for the garlic?
