I had great results with my tomatoes this year. (Lots of ground up egg shells in the soil to prevent blossom rot helped.)

My Purples, Brandywine, Mortgage Lifters, Big Beefs, Sun Sugars and Black Princes all turned out beautifully. The only exception was my Pineapple Tomatoes. Many many of them developed these growths. Because they are the only tomatoes to do so, and were very healthy otherwise, I am curious.
