Bacterial Spot/Speck

I believe I have learned enough to manage the various fungal infections I get here in Miami. I am having trouble with Bacterial Spot/Speck. The only treatment I see for it is copper. You need to be very careful with copper to avoid overuse and contamination. What else is available to combat the Bacterial infections?

The Bacterial Spot was under control for a while. Then we got some heavy rain and it's taking over again.

I mixed up a batch of dilute Clorox to combat the bacterial speck. I will know in a few days if it works.

I sprayed the Clorox mix on several plants. 3 small plants looked dead, but now they have come back with a vengeance. No sign of disease at all in the new growth.

I have used a 10:1 water to antibacterial dishwashing soap on plants with bacterial diseases before and it seemed to help.

Thanks for the tip about Clorox! How dilute did you make it?
