It's been raining too much. That's my first thought.

Too much rain????? Not where I'm at.

The problem is likely that we had a good bit of rain early on then it's dried up. That leads to early blight in tomatoes. It's a fungus rather than a virus though. I imagine it has spread to other veggies.

Pick up some Ortho fungicide and treat according the directions and see if that helps.

You can send all that extra rain my way! Even my established natives are wilting in this drought.

We've been blessed! Last week we got about 3", more than we got in May and June together! Boy it was so very dry and I had so many new plants that I had no choice but to water or let them all die. I dread the water bill.

We got another good inch yesterday and they are predicting more from the hurricanes. Right now, I'm not sure that we could get too much rain. Even after what we got, the ground is already dry and just waiting for more.

Guess what is growing??? Grass like crazy where I've been watering. That kind of grass that gets 5'tall and still grows. I've got to get outside and weed, soon.
