I have a spiral Mountbatten Juniper, planted last summer, and is planted about four feet from the front of the house. It gets afternoon sun. It came through the winter well, but on giving it its first "haircut" of the year I find a lot of dead areas on the inside of the spiral, plus a good part on the back of it (facing the brick) at the bottom seems to be dying off. Is this a natural thing, or is there something I can do to keep it all green? Is this a light/air thing? No sign of bugs or anything. Any help is appreciated!
