My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Have a nice small potful to trade. Plant not rhizome.

Interested in "shingler" plants, hoyas especially IMBRICATA, unusual climbers that don't take over, aroids. Interested in many things too numerous to list. Can post or send a photo of the plant for trade to anyone interested
