Hi, Delta. Saw your response to zoning. I'm new to Memphis and upon joining this forum, put my ZIP CODE in the zone finder....said is zone 7. Close enough (i.e. advisories tend to clump 7 & 8 together)? Where do you get your information on this? Thanks.

P.S. I'm trying to find a place to buy pine straw for mulch. If you are familiar with how to obtain, please let me know.

I remember a new map coming out that included Memphis in Zone 8, but now I can't find it. The 2003 version of the USDA Plant Hardiness Zone Map showing us as Zone 7b is still on the US National Arboretum site.

Would you post a link to the newest map? Please?
