Arisaema elegantissima

Hello everyone,

I recently bought a bulb for Arisaema elegantissima, one of the more popular voodoo lilies. Anyway, the corm was a bit dessicated when I got it, but I could see baby corms around the outside. The sprout sheath at the top of the corm was also a bit dessicated, but not badly, and I thought perhaps it would still sprout, either from the main corm, or the babies. It's been two weeks and nothing has happened, I'm not alarmed yet, but am wondering if anyone has experience growing these? Could anyone tell me how long it might take to sprout?

Thanks,

Lainey
