My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

WANTED: Fresh Tropical seeds

Have

Velvet pink banana seeds (Musa velutina) for trade and some for SASBE (for 6 gardeners) each trade will have 12 seeds. Freshly harvested this week.

Also have three tropical white spider lily seeds. Each is olive sized. Would like some other tropicals that I don't have.
