WANTED: Today Warm - stop watering now???

This is Monday - I did water the larger leafed pumies --- but isn't this when we should stop watering and let them dry out??

STRANGE weather - fog, windy, overcast and dreary, now warm - have some cuttings that haven't rooted and they've been out there for a while (6 months) Haven't watered cuttings - just misted.

Tiny leaves but not taken off. Time is running out. Suggestions????
