My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

jumbo crinums

I obtained a few jumbo crinum seeds this summer and now they have germinated and have short leaves. I have too many of them and will be bringing 5 of them to the MTPS on Saturday. I am posting on the TN exchange forum. Please respond there if you are interested in one (or more) of these.
