My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Passiflora cuttings, anyone?

IF anyone wants the, I can bring a lot of easy-to-root cuttings of Passiflora 'Amethyst' and caerulea to the MTPS---but let me know ASAP. Both are hardy to Zone 6, although you'll need to keep them inside THIS winter. They root VERY easily in florists' foam, and sometimes even in just a glass of water.
