My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Too much rain and a lot cooler temps this far,almost 20 degrees below the normal temperatures,has cut down the tropical growth,about a 1/3 where it would be normally,but still have 60 days to go.
Don, they look good to my untrained eye - great job! As you well know, in years past, by August 1st, most everything is DEAD, so I consider myself blessed to have had the weather as it's been. Thanks for sharing your pictures with us.
Well I agree with you there somewhat,been nice gardening in 60* weather the month of July,Lots of rain and cloudy skies,but tropicals need the heat and the sunshine to do there thing!!!!
