Oooooooooo...if I am able to make it, I could bring some of my famous boneless ribs with homemade sweet & spicy bbq sauce...mmmmmmmmmmmmm. =)

I'll be bringing my old stand-by, pico de gallo. I'm guessing y'all like it, since there's never any to bring home. (*grin*)

I'm probably bringing broccoli casserole again - it's just so easy to get together, and it's usually a little bit warm still by the time we are ready to eat it.

I'll bring slaw to go with all that BBQ and maybe a dessert too. We spend the night so it will have to be something that will keep in the cooler. too lazy to get up early and drive down besides it's a nice park and the resturant is good.

Please keep in mind that if you have food that needs to stay hot to bring a grill to keep it warm on. Food sitting over an hour at the wrong temp can make you sick.

Everyone better bring a 'thermos of coffee or hot chocolate'! Maybe a cold, cold day. Wonder about a fire pit during the quest speaker?

They have grills at the park if it stays dry enough to keep a fire burning. I am bringing a portable grill but will be filling it with food.
