What zone is it hardy to?

It is hardy in zone 6. I have a friend in Nashville who has one growing in his yard.

I've had mine a couple of years, but have not needed to move it----------but------my GUESS is that it is probably a little too late to move it now that the freeze/thaw cycle has begun.

It starts blooming in late winter or very early spring depending on the temperature and sun. Often in late February or early March we'll catch a few days of nice weather but before it starts actively growing and blooming. I think I would try moving it then, or after it finishes heavy blooming but before the heat of late spring and early summer.

It would be best to move it either early in the spring or in fall before frosts. Inn spring you are probably going to sacrifice your bloom action or at least some of it.
