Karen, I've got an upright EE that I grew from a tuber purchased at Wal-Mart. I had it in the ground but it didn't do that well until I re-planted the tuber in a "huge" pot. My DH brought the plant in late Nov. and it is in our basement THRIVING!!! The plant doesn't get pampered (every now and then I think of watering it...) and no sun or plant lights. It is still actively growing new leaves so hasn't gone dormant. This is my 1st experience overwintering an EE.

Maybe a colts foot variety would fit the look. Not the same but they do get huge.
