My attempt at creating a personal paradise. it started with a 5 dollar queen palm and now i am somewhat addicted

Wow, for a first year tropical yard, that looks very tropical. This is going to be my 3rd year that I have really been going crazy with tropical plants. Once you start getting other palms, plumerias, mandevillas, bouganvilleas, passion vines, philodendrons, elephant ears, brugmansias, citrus, yuccas, bromeliads, tree ferns, and more, you are hooked on tropical gardening and the yard starts looking like a tropical forest! Congrats on the new hobby! Its a difficult one at times, but really rewarding!!

Yes, it is very very addicting. Every time i go to home depot i find myself restraining from buying any new plants. but sometimes i give in.
