This sink is perfectly centered on the window. I think that you could off-center the sink and window only under the following condition:

1. If there is no center mullion dividing the window equally because your eye is naturally drawn to the that center point.

2. Also, the sink and window cannot be a major feature in your kitchen. For example, the entire kitchen is designed symmetrically starting with the kitchen window and sink.
