i've never heard of cobamong, but i tried a couple searchs on google. is it located in westchester? you might want to try contacting someone from one of these sites:

sorry --- forgot to suggest: if cobamong is not in armonk, westchester county, you can try a search for the community where it _is_ located. try to locate a parks/recreation department for that area, then contact them.

The book says the land was first purchased in "Armonk, New York"...
Is this a county or area?

i _think_ "armonk" is in westchester. it seems to be connected with the second web site i listed above: http://www.northcastleny.com/recreation/ . at the top of this page, it lists the address of the parks & recreation department as being located in "armonk". i would suggest contacting someone at this web site and see if they have any info. good luck!
