seedlings

Help! I am concerned that that I have made a newbie mistake. I started plants from seed for the first time. I am a little concerned that I may have started them too early. I'll tell you what I have done so far if that will help with any suggestions.

I bought some of the small greenhouse flats. Once some of the plants got high enough that they were bending over from hitting the top, I took them out of the greenhouse. Definitely wasn't planning on them starting so soon. Now I have those I took out sitting in a separate flat. Problem is, they seem to be falling over and don't look like they are doing very well.

I do notice that they are drying out rather quickly. Any suggestions?

One I had was to rig up a clear garbage bag type greenhouse for them. Does anyone think this will help?

Thanks,
